    Ordered a Bic Mac and wound up with a double quarter pounder with bacon..damn thing is $11 and completely disgusting.

    Worst Mcdonalds experience ever. Never will come here again. They force you to order from a kiosk even though it doesn't have the full menu. They tell you to take a number and sit down and set the number on the table, but they don't even bring the food to the table or call the number you picked. You have to guess if that is your food that you ordered left at the counter.
    This is the only Mcdonalds in Salinas that charges you 25 cents per sauce packet. No matter how much food you ordered.
    Also, the employees are rude and get upset if they have to help you with anything.

    Nayeli was cool though.

    I love Mcdonalds but this one was by far the worst experience I ever had with Mcdonalds. First, you can only order through a distracting large order panel unless you are paying with cash. Then you have to go the counter to get someones attention to get your drink cup. And then, you have to take your number card and wait at your table for your food.

    Maybe if they actually could carry out this weird system, I would have had a better experience. But they only had one person at the counter who I'm guessing is the "cashier" who takes orders for cash only customers. Im also guessing her job was to give the drink cups. But she was nowhere to be found for drink cups. Frankly I don't know what her job is but I had a terrible experience here.

    I do not recommend coming here to eat in person. Just use the drive through.

    Got off the freeway to get a quick snack in our drive back home. My main pet peave with places, especially restaurants, is the bathrooms. This one gets a D-. Wonder what the kitchen is like? We left before ordering. Get a clue manager!!

    I am not going to complain about the service as the front desk girl was a very nice person who clearly doesn't buy their bullshit rule of ordering from the kiosk. Nevertheless, omg this short, petite woman, dont know if manager or not, was a total bitch! She treated the employees horribly; yelling at them, fighting with them, not trusting them. I could tell they were under deep psychological oppression. Wow!
